Veganism and Fitness

A vegan diet is compatible with high performance in our chosen sports, as demonstrated by many examples of very successful vegan athletes.  Among them are Ironlady Ruth Heinrich, ultramarathoner Scott Jurek, and 9-time track and field Olympic gold medal winner Carl Lewis. Here are some more who set world records or became world champions.
